The senior team finished their season with an excellent win against a strong Kilmacolm team on Monday.It has been a good performance in a league of very good teams.Lets hope next year brings even better results.Thank you to all the boys who worked hard and gave of their time on behalf of Ralston Golf Club.

The Paisley and District Golf League, known to most as the Newton Shield, was instigated in 1960 by Harry Burns of Elderslie G.C. to promote golf on a competitive basis for the youth of the area. Ralston was one of the original clubs and we have competed every year since. In this time we have won the Newton Shield three times, 1961 -66 -97.
