Seniors Open

The Ralston Seniors Open tournament was very successful thanks to dry, sunny weather and superb organisation by Jim Cunningham and John Trelfa.

Visitors and members were full of praise for the condition of the course and the usual high standard of catering.

Thanks to Captain Kevin Heathwood who presented the prizes to the winners.

The results were as follows:

Overall Winner with 42 Stableford points: Ian Gray, Ralston GC

Winner Category A (55-62 years) with 38 points: Fulton Love, Cochrane Castle GC

Winner Category B (63-66 years) with 41 points: John Cossar, Ralston GC

Winner Category C (67-71 years) with 38 points: Frank Doris, Ralston GC

Winner Category D (72+ years) with 38 points: Doug Hollingworth, Ayr Bellisle
